We asked customers for their views on a wide range of issues for the future, including metering, leakage, sewer flooding and climate change.
In October 2007, we published Water Services, Customers and the Community, which set out our draft strategy. Following a month of consultation with the public, a final version of our Strategic Direction Statement was put together taking customers’ views into account.
