We have improved the way your bill looks and added explanations of the terms used to help you understand how our charges are calculated. These new bills will be presented for charges from April1st 2008. Here you can view a diagram of your bill where the water supply is measured with a meter or the different bill where the supply is not measured.

The figures shown on the bill diagrams are examples. Some bills will not show water charges where the property is supplied by another water company such as South East Water.
