The Southern Water Charity Race Day is a popular fixture at Fontwell Racecourse in West Sussex. In October 2011 racegoers, jockeys and horses endured record high temperatures to raise £80,000 for charity.
Our charity race day at Fontwell Park racecourse in Sussex included a performance by the Saw Doctors and raised nearly £100,000 for WaterAid to provide clean water and sanitation in developing countries.

In 2009 our third charity race day raised more than £70,000 for seven charities and featured an after-racing concert from The Levellers. See our video to get a flavour of the day.
