Under a five year programme lasting until 2015, we are installing water meters for the majority of our customers to help secure water resources.

If you are a customer of South East Water and have a water meter installed under their Customer Metering programme, you can find out how we will calculate your sewerage charges.

Please note that for any charging period which spans April 1st, both the standing charge and the volumetric charge will be apportioned between previous and new year tariffs.
