Southern Water understands that our customers may experience financial problems and that prioritising bills can be difficult. Customers can ease this burden by contacting us to make a payment arrangement which reflects their financial circumstances.
If you have a Bank or Building Society account, please contact our Payment Enquiries Call Centre on 0845 272 0845 to set up a plan, no forms are necessary. If you do not have a bank account, a payment card can be arranged.
