If you are in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance, Pension Credit or Income related Employment and Support Allowance it is possible for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to pay Southern Water direct on your behalf.

The scheme is designed to assist customers who have arrears on their water charges and to help them with budgeting and managing their water and wastewater charges.
