Young Enterprise
Southern Water sponsor and encourage staff  to participate in the programme. Young Enterprise helps students of all ages to gain an appreciation of business. For example, the ‘company’ programme is geared to secondary school students and takes teams through the establishment of a company, followed by the business planning and subsequent operation, including production of the accounts. Young Enterprise provides students with experience of the problems and rewards of running a company, and is particularly useful for those studying Business Studies courses.
