Communities in the South East are reaping the environmental rewards of state-of-the-art water and wastewater treatment, cleaner seas, improved river water quality and flood alleviation.
Southern Water invested £2 billion in its operations and works between 2005 and 2010 and is now undertaking a further £1.7 billion of improvements across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight between 2010 and 2015.
