Do you know what dehydration is?

Dehydration is caused by not drinking enough fluid or by losing fluid through sweat, tears, being sick and going to the toilet. If you do not replace the fluid you become dehydrated.

Are you brainy enough to know the importance of drinking water? It has been proven that keeping well hydrated improves your concentration.

Heat and exercise can cause dehydration, so make sure you take regular drinks of water throughout the day. 

Alcohol is also another common cause of dehydration. It is a diuretic, which means it makes you wee more and this can lead to dehydration.
