At awards events, our Learn to Swim programme has beaten initiatives introduced by the UK’s leading companies – many of them with household names.
It has won accolades at the Hollis Sponsorship Awards, the Water Industry Achievement Awards and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ (CIPR) New PRide Awards. It has also been shortlisted in other awards events.
The CIPR’s judges described the programme as “outstanding”. They said: “It is a clear and worthy winner. It is a natural lift to the company’s activities and creates mutual benefit with local communities.”
