Extra staff working in our Control Centre respond to customers’ technical calls and dispatch work out of hours

Advances in our online services for customers (such as discovering how busy our call centre is), the introduction of a new way of working (giving a better response to technical calls) and preparations for a new computer system were among the improvements we made to our business during the year.
