We reorganised our Control Centre in Durrington, West Sussex, so that we can manage our operations more efficiently and provide a better service to customers.

We appointed experienced duty managers to work round the clock. They are backed by extra staff who respond to customers’ technical calls and dispatch work out of hours.

New procedures have been introduced and we closely monitor operations to avoid problems and we review incidents to learn lessons.
