Our annual staff survey revealed significant improvement compared with the previous year, including overall satisfaction with the company increasing by 26 per cent.

To ensure continued focus, a number of changes have been made. We listened to what staff had to say and have introduced free flu vaccinations for staff, a deli bar at our Durrington head office and kitchen areas at other sites.

Other initiatives included more training, such as electrical and mechanical skills, for our process operators.
