We completed the final stage of our £2 billion 2005 to 2010 investment programme and agreed a £1.7 billion programme with Ofwat for the next five years.

We continued to supply drinking water that is among the best in Europe and were awarded the Carbon Trust Standard for our efforts to mitigate our carbon footprint. We also gained Government support for our plan to secure reliable water resources for our customers for the next 25 years.
