Our people are at the heart of our success and our training programmes are helping staff to develop new skills and expand their horizons.

We took on our highest number of apprentices and employed our first graduates through our Masters degree programme.

The health and safety of our staff is a priority with more than 2,800 training courses completed in the year, whilst our innovative communications programme was recognised as the best in the UK.
