We secured new contracts and boosted the resilience of our IT systems in 2010-11.
We increased the reliability of our billing and debt management systems and introduced new processes to support our metering programme.
During the year, we appointed three main contractors to deliver our programme to install water meters for about half a million households by 2015.
We also introduced 3G laptops to help our employees work more efficiently on the move and launched an electronic stakeholder newsletter designed for smartphones.
