We launched our programme to install water meters for the majority of our customers in Sussex, Kent and Hampshire.

We are installing about half a million meters as part of our long-term plans to secure water resources for future generations.

By 2015, 92 per cent of our customers will pay for the water they use on metered charges. We are supporting the programme with new tariffs and lots of information about saving water, energy and money.
