We launched a campaign to ensure we put the needs of our customers first and, as a result, the number of complaints we received fell by 19 per cent.
 
We met more than 2,000 customers after inviting them to tours of our works. We also set up an Incident Response Team to provide support during major events.
 
We helped more than 4,300 customers to pay their water bills through grants, direct benefit payments and special tariffs.
