We focused on improving the skills of our employees and ensuring their health and safety in the workplace.

We took on 16 new recruits in our award-winning apprentice scheme and ran 40 in-house courses to equip our operational staff with electrical, mechanical, ICA (Instrumental, Control and Automation) and scientific expertise.

We retained accreditation to Investors in People.

All of our staff were invited to a roadshow, led by our CEO and directors, with the theme Think Customer.
