We continued to supply high quality drinking water, with 99.92 per cent of tests meeting the strict standards set by the Drinking Water Inspectorate.

To maintain our good record, we launched a £1.6 million programme to ‘flush’ mains and invested more than £45 million to upgrade the treatment processes at our water works.
