Southern Water is working in partnership with Royal British Legion Industries to help people with disabilities and long-term health needs return to work.

Under the Employment Solutions programme people are helped to overcome the challenges of getting back to work, finding a job and keeping it.

RBLI matches candidates who have the right skills with participating employers with vacancies such as Southern Water and funds a 12-week work placement.

On-going support is also offered to the new employee and employer for up to 12 months to help secure a long-term successful outcome.
