Service update

We're currently experiencing some issues on our Your Account portal when submitting a meter read.

If you want to submit a meter reading please use our alternative meter reading process. For everything else, please continue to log in.


You’ll need to add your customer customer number and payment reference in the first step so we can make sure your reading is added to your account correctly. This information can be found on your bill or within Your Account.
