Annual leave

You'll be entitled to 25 days' annual holiday (pro-rata for part time) and all official English bank holidays.

Pension

We have a stakeholder pension scheme in which we will match your contributions plus an extra three per cent (up to a Southern Water maximum contribution of nine per cent). The scheme includes life assurance equal to twice your annual salary.

Occupational health

We provides professional occupational health with a team including medical and nursing staff, physiotherapists, counsellors and administrative staff.

Annual appraisal

Each year employees have an annual appraisal and six-month review with the head of their department to identify training and development needs.
