Exit statement

On 25 October 2016 Southern Water applied to exit the non-household retail market. As a result, from 1 April 2017, our non-household customers will transfer to Business Stream for the services they currently receive from Southern Water.

Final bill

As from 1 April 2017, unless you have notified us otherwise, your Southern Water account and the services you received from us have been transferred to Business Stream. Business Stream are responsible for supplying these services.

If you are a Trade Effluent customer, you will receive your final Southern Water bill in April.

Pay your final bill online

We offer a secure online payment facility, available 24 hours a day in conjunction with Santander BillPay.

This secure service can be used with both credit and debit cards and is available 24 hours a day for your convenience.

If you are using the service for the first time you will be asked to register.

Once registered you will need your payment reference number and enter it without gaps. This can be found at the top right hand side of your bill.

You should allow four working days for the payment to be cleared by the system and to reach us
