Final bill

As from 1 April 2017, unless you have notified us otherwise, your Southern Water account and the services you received from us have been transferred to Business Stream. Business Stream are responsible for supplying these services.

If you are a Trade Effluent customer, you will receive your final Southern Water bill in April.

Quick way to pay your final bill

You can pay your bill quickly and easily over the telephone by calling our automated line.

Our Voice Self-Service (VSS) system allows you to pay by debit or credit card 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Simply call 0330 303 1263 (calls charged at local rate).

The service also allows you to:

  • Tell us you're moving
  • Set up a Direct Debit
  • Request a copy of your bill.


This automated service uses speech recognition, so there's is no need to input numbers on the telephone keypad.
