On 25 October 2016 Southern Water applied to exit the non-household retail market. As a result, from 1 April 2017, our non-household customers will transfer to Business Stream for the services they currently receive from Southern Water.
As from 1 April 2017, unless you have notified us otherwise, your Southern Water account and the services you received from us have been transferred to Business Stream. Business Stream are responsible for supplying these services.

If you are a Trade Effluent customer, you will receive your final Southern Water bill in April.
