If you are a non-household customer, you are now able to switch your water and wastewater retailer.

If you are a household customer, these changes do not affect you.
As from 1 April 2017, unless you have notified us otherwise, your Southern Water account and the services you received from us have been transferred to Business Stream. Business Stream are responsible for supplying these services.

If you are a Trade Effluent customer, you will receive your final Southern Water bill in April.

From 1 April 2017, non-household customers are able to switch their water and wastewater retailer.
The following services are now provided by your retailer:
Please contact your retailer for further information. If you have not actively chosen to switch retailers, your retailer is Business Stream for the services you previously received from Southern Water.
If your water or wastewater was previously supplied by a company other than Southern Water, these services won’t have transferred to Business Stream. If you have a query about the services offered by your other providers please contact them directly.
