Customer Advisory Panel

Southern Water has established an independent panel, the CAP (Customer Advisory Panel) to work with it to ensure the delivery of its six customer priorities and twenty-six customer promises.

The CAP will play a key role in supporting the Company during the delivery phase of the business plan, providing challenge, advice and scrutiny of the customer and stakeholder engagement programme.

The CAP will also provide robust independent commentary on business plan delivery performance. It will be reporting back to customers, stakeholders and regulators on its view on Southern Water’s progress with its first report due in March 2016.

Minutes of meetings and CAP publications will become available on this page as the CAP begins its work programme. The CAP’s first full meeting will take place in August 2015.
