Paying your bill by Direct Debit is the simplest and easiest way to pay, giving you the choice to select when your payments are taken.
You can set up a Direct Debit by registering for 'Your Account'. You will also be able to amend your Direct Debit details,view your bill, submit meter reading and much more.
You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time by writing to your bank or building society. You'll need to send a copy of this letter to:

Please note: You should be aware that if you cancel your Direct Debit and do not put in place a new scheme to pay your bill, any balance outstanding will become immediately due when the first scheduled payment date is missed.
The Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that take part in the Direct Debit scheme.
The efficiency and security of the scheme is monitored and protected by your own bank or building society.
If the amount to be paid or the payment date changes, we will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
If an error is made by us or your bank or building society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.
