Southern Water is investing nearly £3million to improve its Tenterden Wastewater Treatment Works in Kent.


Over the past year alone, more than 12,000 customers have signed up to Southern Water’s Essential Tariff and are making savings of between 20-90 per cent on their water and wastewater bills. 


Southern Water is carrying out a number of schemes to improve the wastewater network in Thanet.


Our repairs to the burst main have concluded. However, following a discussion with Island Roads, we have been asked to replace a larger section of road than we originally thought.


The water appears to be receding in the Seaford area.


Due to flash flooding, we are aware of issues in Seaford, East Sussex.


A 16 inch main burst in Fair Oak, Eastleigh this morning and our crews are on site working to fix this as quickly as possible. 


The water company got more than they bargained for during a late night inspection at a waste treatment works in Barcombe East Sussex.


Air power was deployed to bring a new piece of mixing equipment – the first of its type in the South East – to the middle of a reservoir.

A ceremony was held yesterday to rededicate The Royal George Memorial Gardens on Ryde Esplande yesterday following renovations undertaken by Southern Water.
