"We sincerely apologise for and deeply regret that in October 2015 customers in the Rownhams area of Southampton experienced discoloured water and disruption to supply after a burst main at one of our sites.

Work to install sewers to meet the needs of a new housing development in Worthing Road, Southwater, is nearly complete.

We are currently working to fix a leak on a rising main at our Woodvale Wastewater Pumping Station near to Gurnard Beach on the Isle of Wight.

We’re working hard to minimise disruption for road users as we continue with a major scheme to lay 1.5 miles of new sewer in Billingshurst.

Specialist rescue crews are on hand 24-hours-a-day to protect the safety of our team during a £16million upgrade to Eastbourne Wastewater Treatment Works.
