Customers in Southampton may be experiencing low water pressure or water discolouration.
This is due to a loss of power at our Testwood Water Supply Works in Hampshire overnight (December 15). The site is now fully operational.
Although the water may not look nice, it is perfectly safe to drink.
Our staff are working round the clock to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
