Quickly and easily pay your bill, change your account details or find out how your charges are calculated

NewStart

You can make a new start in paying off your water bill arrears. Find out below how you qualify for this scheme and how to apply.

If you’re able to start making regular payments towards your account, we'll credit you the same amount.

So if, for example, you pay £30 for 12 months equalling £360, we will credit your account with £360.

To qualify for this scheme you must owe us at least £500 of arrears in addition to the current annual charge, and/or not have paid anything for the last two years.

Providing you have made an initial three monthly payments, we will credit the your account monthly thereafter

There’s a range of payment options for you. You can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly using one of the following methods:

  • Direct Debit through a bank/building society account
  • Payment card which can be used without charge at any shop displaying the Pay Point sign or at branches of the Post Office or NatWest Bank
  • Internet or telephone banking
  • Water Direct payments deducted from certain benefits.
