Stakeholder panels
Our stakeholder panels are a crucial forum for stakeholders to inform, scrutinise and shape our work.
The five panels – one for each county and one regional Strategic Environment Panel – help us deliver sustainable water and sewerage services to meet the needs of current and future customers.
The panels include representatives from local authorities, environmental groups, regulators and business groups. They help shape how we delivery customers’ services and provide strategic advice on the development of our plans.
We consult the panels on innovative projects, such as understanding of natural capital and bathing water enhancement programme. The Strategic Environment Panel plays an important role helping us explore new approaches, techniques and policies.
The work of the panels links closely with the work of our independent Customer Challenge Group (CCG).
