Gender Pay Gap reports
It’s expressed as a percentage of the male pay to illustrate the difference in how much men and women get paid. This is not the same as equal pay, which is legislation to ensure that men and women doing equivalent work, receive equal pay.
Since 2017, companies in the UK with more than 250 employees are required to publish its gender pay gap.
