Our bank details are changing

We're changing banks  from Natwest to HSBC. You may still see Natwest on your bill, and you can still pay us with these details for now.

If you pay by Direct Debit, you don't need to do anything. The details will update automatically.

But if you pay by Bacs, standing order, or directly through your bank, you’ll need to update our account information to:

It's quick and easy to make a one-off payment online with a debit or credit card – you'll just need the customer number and payment reference from your latest bill.

The simplest way to pay is by Direct Debit. You can set up and manage Direct Debit payments online by creating an account with us.

Cancelling your Direct Debit

You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time by writing to your bank or building society. You'll need to send a copy of this letter to:

Please note: You should be aware that if you cancel your Direct Debit and do not put in place a new scheme to pay your bill, any balance outstanding will become immediately due when the first scheduled payment date is missed.

Direct Debit Guarantee

The Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that take part in the Direct Debit scheme.

The efficiency and security of the scheme is monitored and protected by your own bank or building society.

If the amount to be paid or the payment date changes, we will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.

If an error is made by us or your bank or building society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.

Online banking

To make direct payments to us via online banking, please ensure you use our new HSBC account details, above.

Payment card

A payment card enables you to pay anywhere you see a PayPoint sign by weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments. To set this up call us on:

Other ways to pay include taking the payment slip on your bill to a bank or Post Office.
