Customer services

We recruit regularly for customer services staff who help customers with their water, wastewater or billing enquiries.

Operations

Opportunities are also available to work at our water and wastewater treatment works and on our infrastructure, from operative to senior management level.

Maintenance

Maintenance is a key part of the business and extensive training is given to ensure our systems work effectively 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our operations are supported by legal and financial teams who deal with all aspects of the business.
