Our 2017 workshops focused on developing our business plan. After an update on our performance, we asked stakeholders to share their priorities for investment and if they supported our plans to transform our services.
The Customer and Stakeholder Engagement and Participation chapter of our Business Plan explains how we used the feedback they gave us – alongside detailed customer engagement – to shape the commitments we made and how we will achieve them.
We’ll continue to hold workshops across our region every year to make sure we understand stakeholders' priorities and reflect them in our plans and operations.
