Our Strategic Statement outlines how we plan to deliver a value-for-money service for our four million customers through to 2040.
We published our new Strategic Statement 2015–40 in 2013. We produced the document in four parts as our detailed research with customers progressed.
The four parts are set out below along with our previous Strategic Direction Statement from 2007 which was then updated in 2011.
Our strategy for the coming 25 years forms the basis for our Business Plan 2015–20.
