Advice on debt

StepChange Debt Charity are experts in helping people to manage their debts, offering tailored advice and practical solutions. The advice they provide is effective, confidential and importantly, free.

Their Need to Sleep campaign follows a day in the life of Paul, who's money worries are keeping him awake at night. This is causing problems at home, work and affecting his mood. Paul's not alone – there are 7.4 million people who are losing sleep due to money troubles. StepChange Deby Charity want people to take positive action to deal with their problems.
