We've produced a series of short films to explain terms and figures shown on your metered, unmetered and assessed bills.

Unmetered bill

If you do not have a water meter at your property, it's likely you're receiving an unmetered bill.

Metered bill

If you've had a meter since before late 2010, it's likely you're receiving one of these metered bills.

Metering programme bill

If you've had a meter installed as part of our Metering programme, it's likely you're receiving one of these metered bills.

Assessed bill

If you're receiving an assessed bill, it's because it was not possible to install a meter at your property.

Metered assessed bill

If you're receiving a metered assessed bill, it's because it was not possible to install a meter at your property as part of the Metering programme.
