How to apply for a water meter

Getting a new water meter installed can help you understand how much water you use at home and potentially save you money on your water bill. You can apply to get a water meter fitted using the form below.

Before you begin

It should only take you a few minutes to complete this form. Before getting started, make sure you have the following to hand:

  • Your name and address
  • Your payment reference number found on your bill
  • Preferred method of contact
  • Property details
  • Location of your internal and external stop taps.

Important note for tenants: you must be the bill payer and have your landlord's permission.
