You can easily submit your meter reading online and it should only take a few minutes.
Before submitting your water meter reading, please be aware that if you currently pay by Direct Debit, you won't need to submit a reading.
If you're moving in or out of our area and need to submit a meter reading when opening or closing your account, please let us know that you’re moving home. Before submitting your water meter reading, make sure you've got the following to hand.
This is the eight or 10 digit number shown on the top right corner of your bill. If you need help understanding the different sections of your bill, you can use our guide.
Your payment reference number is the 13-digit number on the top right of your bill. If you'd like further information about understanding the different sections of your bill, our guide provides helpful explanations.
This should be the name that is shown on your water bill. If more than one person is responsible for the charges, please use the last name of the first customer shown on any letters or emails you have from us.
