We’re sorry customers in parts of Kings Worthy have experienced low pressure and water supply issues.
Customers' supply is being supported by tankers injecting water in the network while our teams continue to work on repairing a leak.

Our work on repairing a leak in Kings Worthy continues, however this may take longer than usual due to its location in marshland.
In the meantime we will continue using water tankers to inject water into the network to ensure customers in Kings Worthy are not impacted by low pressure or supply interruptions.

To help keep customers in Kings Worthy in supply our tankers have been injecting water into the network this morning.
Our teams are continuing to work on fixing the leak in the area and aim to get this resolved today.

We are sorry customers in Kings Worthy continue to experience disruption to their water supply.
Our on-site team has identified a leak, so a length of pipe will need to be excavated and repaired.
To help customers while these repairs take place, we will use water tankers to boost supplies in the network to reduce the risk of customers being affected again in the morning.
