If you discovered a leak within the boundary of your home and have repaired it, you'll need to fill out the form below.

Whose responsibility is it to repair leaks?

We can help you confirm the leak, but if you own your home, any leak discovered within your boundary is your responsibility to repair.

This includes the supply pipe that runs from your boundary into your home, as well as all internal pipes and fittings. If you're a tenant, your landlord or property manager will be responsible for repairing any leaks.

This can be found in the top right corner of your bill and is 8 or 10 digits long.

Leaks in your home can be inconvenient and potentially cause damage to your property. They can also waste huge amounts of water.

Repairing leaks when you find them can helps us to save water and make sure that there's enough to go around. So, we'd like to say a big thank you for making the effort to save water.
