Whose responsibility is it to repair leaks?
We can help you confirm the leak, but if you own your home, any leak discovered within your boundary is your responsibility to repair.
This includes the supply pipe that runs from your boundary into your home, as well as all internal pipes and fittings. If you're a tenant, your landlord or property manager will be responsible for repairing any leaks.
