Service update

Discolouration of water supply

This discolouration is due to harmless iron oxide deposits which collect on the inside of water mains and have been stirred up during a disruption.

Our engineers are currently working in the area to resolve the problem as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Our call centres for billing, metering queries and cash collection will be closed over the Easter period (April 3–6 inclusive). This is to make sure we can carry out essential maintenance work for the launch of our new Non-Household Tariff.

Our online forms are also available during this period, although there may be an additional 24 hour delay while we carry out the system upgrades.
