Strategic Context
This report sets out the range of factors and future trends that are likely to affect our wastewater systems and operations, and the principles we will apply to develop ‘best value’ outcomes for our customers, communities and the environment.
Values Framework
Our DWMP is being developed using a ‘Values Framework’. This means the solutions proposed will take the life-time costs, benefits and sustainability into account. The best value option is one that maximises the social, economic and environmental benefits delivered for the cost of the investment.
Annual reporting and data tables
our Annual Progress Reports, at a wastewater catchment level, will be published in April each year as we develop our DWMP28. These will be linked to the performance reports we produce every year to meet our regulatory requirements.
Performance Indicator Methodologies
These explain how we evaluate the risks to our systems and whether they’re meeting and will continue to meet our legal obligations.
