I need help with...
Self-lay schemes
If you need new water mains, we can lay them for you, or you can use a self-lay provider (SLP). We’ll then adopt the new pipes as long as they meet our standards. If you’re a SLP, learn how you can apply to lay a new water main (Section S51) here.
Water connection
As part of your development or building works, you may need to connect to our water supply or change your existing water connection. Here, we’ll guide you through the process for applying for a water connection (Section 45).
New water main
Building several homes or commercial properties with new roads? You’ll likely need new water main to supply your development. Here, we’ll guide you through the steps in applying for a new water main (Section 41).
Water main diversion
If you need to move, change, or remove one of our water mains, you’ll need to apply for a water main diversion (Section W185). We’ll guide you through the process, so you know what to expect.
New Appointment Variations
Here, we'll explain what New Appointment and Variations (NAVs) are, how they work, and how they can make a bulk water supply or bulk wastewater application.
Wastewater services
If you’re planning a house extension, a new property or a development, you may need to connect to the public wastewater network.
Or, you may need to divert a sewer or get permission to build over or near one.
Whatever your project involves, we’re here to help.
