What should I do before submitting an application?
Check your property or development is located in our supply area: Area-of-operation.
Read the relevant guidance notes; Connection-services-for-homeowners-and-builders and Connection-services-for-our-business-customers.
Most applications require a fee to be paid before we can process your application, you can review our Connection-charging-arrangements.
