Portmouth’s Eastern Road works set to complete on Monday 8 July

Both lanes southbound are scheduled to be open on the Eastern Road on Monday 8 July.

The re-lining of more than 600 metres of underground sewer pipe that is located under the path and verge, will be complete.

Alex Saunders, Southern Water’s Head of Wastewater Networks, said: “We apologise for the inconvenience and the disruption caused to residents, businesses and commuters.”
